I had to think about this one for little bit. Here are the numbers that I selected as "essential". In no particular order:
1. Auto insurance company
2. Doctor #1

You know, I never thought to program my car insurance phone number into my phone, makes perfectly good sense to me. Off to find that number and get it in my phone.
