1. Pick up the nearest book (of at least 123 pages). "The Best Year of Your Life" by Debbie Ford
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the 5th sentence.
4. Post the next 3 sentences.
"So many of us have wasted so much of our vital energy talking about the great life we could have or will have or should have. All that is fine, but it will not deliver us the best year of our lives. It won't motivate us or anyone else, and it certainly won't give us the success and fulfillment we long for."
